About The Role 

We are excited to be recruiting for a Search Agent to work for a forward-thinking technology business within the property sector.  

 

Sitting within the search agents department, the Search Agent primary duties will be to complete daily orders, handle queries and visit clients to ensure a high standard of customer service and detail is being delivered.

 

You will research specific property related records that are maintained and managed by the specific Councils. This information is collated within the web based questionnaire.  

You will need to ensure good lines of communication with your team leader and other colleagues and offer assistance to others when possible.  

 

You’ll be Involved In: 

 

To ensure all face to face meetings have been attended in a timely manner.
To make sure a high standard of customer service is being delivered.
To handle and complete tasks allocated via the organisation software.  
To be pro-active in resolving queries.  
Answer all incoming client enquiries via any media (Phone, email, face-to-face.), accurately and promptly (to current SLA/KPI).  
To attend and contribute to department /team meetings.  
Ensure complaints are documented, handled and escalated in accordance with current Client Services procedures and Non-Conformance procedures. 

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:  

 

A driving license and transportation.
Understanding of the value of costumer service to an organisation 
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).  
Understanding of relationship building at all levels. 
A proven competency in communication skills (including written and verbal) with both external and internal contacts.  
Ability to work without supervision.  
Accuracy, attention detail. 
A flexible / adaptable approach being able to move from one task to another easily but maintaining accuracy. 
The ability to address challenges and find solutions.  
The ability to manage in a fast-paced and changing environment.  

 

The client advisor will have to complete and show competency in at least 70% of the knowledge/skill training matrix when in role.

Discretionary Company bonus scheme (up to 10%) 
25 days holiday a year in addition to the statutory bank holidays. (Plus, additional  
holiday for length of service after 5, 10, 15 years etc). 
Pension , is subject to auto-enrolment, upon day one of joining the organisation. Employer to make a monthly contribution of 5% (personal  contributions 5%)
